Jaalinee is a platform for small artists living in small villages, some of them in remote forest areas.

All purchases are to be completed only if the purchaser has read and understood that products once sold will not be returnable.

Each product page prominently displays that the product is not returnable.

If a purchaser wants to decide to buy after receipt of the product, we do not recommend that such purchasers do not make the purchase. As this involves the product a unique creation of a small artist, it is replaceable if damaged or soiled on opening.

Jaalinee’s art products ARE NOT RETURNABLE!

Such purchasers have an onus on their part when they buy these products.

Except when the packaging is damaged or double payment is done, no refund will be made.
